Soor Engineering Bureau was established in 1983, marking the beginning of a remarkable journey in the world of architecture and engineering, Soor Engineering Bureau is headquartered in Kuwait, since its inception, the bureau played a pivotal role in shaping the architectural design, blending innovation with timeless design principles. With a rich history spanning several decades, Soor Engineering Bureau has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, contributing significantly to the architectural fabric. We have become recognized as one of Kuwait's leading, planning, architectural, graphic design firms and uniquely applying technology to design, including simulations and companion, because of the highest level of expertise and professionalism we tend to offer. 3. Founders:

Dr. Adel Sami Almishri, born into a family deeply rooted in engineering in Kuwait, found his calling early on, driven by the desire to uphold his family esteemed legacy. Growing up, he attended the New English School in Kuwait, where his penchant for engineering and inventive thinking was fostered, setting the stage for his future endeavours. Enthralled by the magnificent curtain wall towers and breath–taking landscapes of distant lands, Dr. Adel's love for architecture blossomed alongside his engineering aspirations. However, his academic journey faced a significant disruption with the onset of the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait, compelling him to seek asylum in Saudi Arabia before returning to his homeland. Undeterred by adversity, Dr. Adel pursued his dreams relentlessly, eventually earning a degree in engineering from George Washington University in the USA. His quest for knowledge didn't end there; he further honed his skills by obtaining a Master's in Business Administration from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. Through dedication and perseverance, Dr. Adel emerged as a highly successful engineer, contributing significantly to his field. Furthermore, Dr. Adel holds a position as a board member in the Kuwait Federation of Engineering Offices and Consultant Houses (KFEOCH) And renders as the esteemed Chairman of The Arab Consulting Engineering Offices Authority, further solidifying his influence and leadership in the engineering community. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dr. Adel actively engages in academic research and teaching, nurturing the next generation of architects and engineers, thus leaving an indelible mark on the future of the profession. His remarkable achievements stand as a testament to his unwavering determination and the indomitable spirit inherited from his family's engineering lineage.
