When designing and supervising (Wellness clinics), SEB focuses on creating a welcoming and functional space that promotes health and well-being. The design prioritizes natural Light, greenery and calming colors to create a serene environment and building comprises 25 standard floors, each featuring 3 clinics, totalling 72 multi-specialization clinics overall. With approximately 570m² of clinic space allocated per floor, the facilities offer ample room for medical practice and patient care. Layout includes consultation rooms, treatment areas, fitness facilities, and relaxation spaces.
